The ability to have a “Blue Card” on our job sites at all times allows us to operate in a legal manner as well as provide a trained and qualified view of installed erosion controls and BMPs during the entire project. Once installed, land clearing operations can then take place. Land clearing is the process of removing trees, stumps, roots and organic matter from the development site and its soils. Land clearing is a critical step in preparing the site for future excavation and grading as well as storm water infrastructure installation. Venture Land Management & Construction LLC offers land clearing activities for commercial development sites between 1-100 acres as well as serving smaller sites 1 acre or less. Additionally, VLM&C LLC offers the same land clearing services for custom home sites and residential customers for backyard clearing and cleanup.
